This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through:
- LightAndLoveReiki.com, RockStarAstrologer.com and RocksAndReiki.com are part of StarleneBreiter.com. Purchases made through these sites or pages are also covered by this Refund & Returns Policy.
Consultations, Sessions, & Attunements
Tarot readings, astrology consultations, Reiki sessions, Reiki attunements, and other personalized services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange another available time.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable products such as e-books, manuals, course materials, and other digital content are non-refundable once they have been delivered or made available for download or access.
Physical Products
Unused and unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, when applicable, in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Digital and downloadable products
Personalized services that have already been provided
Gift cards
Personal care items
Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after receiving it. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Please keep the item and its packaging until we have responded, as photographs or other information may be needed to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that a refund was issued but have not yet received it, please first check with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, as processing times vary.

Sale Items
Unless an item is damaged, defective, or otherwise required to be refundable by applicable law, sale and clearance items are final sale.
Tarot Foundations: Patterns & Framework Exception
Students enrolled in Tarot Foundations: Patterns & Framework may cancel their enrollment and receive a refund at any time before the first live class begins, including enrollments purchased at the Founding Student Rate. Early access to Google Classroom or the Tarot Student Journal does not affect refund eligibility. Once the first live class begins, tuition is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligible physical items may be exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
