Light and Love Reiki has been a home for my Reiki work since the early 2000s. My intention is simple. I want Reiki to feel calming, grounding and useable in real life. Reiki is a natural path towards healing and it is not abstract or out of reach. 

I focus on helping you experience Reiki in ways that genuinely support your day to day life. It is a joy for me to empower others through Reiki and teach it in a way that feels supportive.

My reiki journey began in 1992 with Usui Reiki. Over the years, I have also been attuned to many modalities, including Karuna Reiki®, Kundalini Reiki, and I am a Lightarian Facilitator™.
