Light and Love Reiki has been where I share my healing services, articles and workshops on Reiki, since the early 2000s. This space is devoted to gentle spiritual healing and heart-centered care. My sessions calming and impactful, some tell me their experience is like a reset for the nervous system and spirit.

I began my Usui Reiki journey in 1992 and have been practicing and teaching ever since. I love helping people integrate Reiki into their lives in practical, meaningful, empowering ways. I have been attuned to many modalities over the years, including Karuna Reiki ®, Kundalini Reiki, and I am a Lightarian Facilitator ™.
