This distance chakra balancing reiki session is for anyone who feels like something is off, or just needs some energetic healing support.
Sometimes “feeling off” shows up as feeling out of sync with yourself, like your mind won’t settle, your emotions feel heavier than usual, or you just don’t feel quite like yourself for no clear reason. In fact, receiving a chakra balancing distance Reiki session can be helpful in these situations.
You don’t have to feel off to receive Reiki, though. Some people come simply to stay balanced and keep things steady. It works both ways.

After booking, you’re welcome to send me a photo of yourself. It’s not required, but it can be a nice way to deepen the connection.
If there’s a certain chakra that feels unbalanced, or something specific you’d like me to focus on for your healing session, you can also send me an email beforehand. I’m here to support what you need most right now. Additionally, preparing for a chakra balancing distant Reiki session can help you feel more ready to receive the energy.
During Your Session
At the time of your session, all you need to do is be open to receiving. No special preparation or ritual is required.
That said, some people like to create a little space for themselves beforehand. Lighting a candle, meditating, listening to soft music, or simply lying down in a quiet room can all be nice ways to settle in. Others go about their day as usual, and either way, the energy finds you.
Many people do find the experience more noticeable and more nourishing when they take a little time to be still.
After Your Session
Many people tell me they feel calmer, lighter, more focused, or more at ease after their chakra healing session. Sometimes the shift is immediate, and sometimes it unfolds more gradually over the next day or two.
Reiki is cumulative, so regular sessions can deepen the overall effect. If you are interested in consistent well-being, consider scheduling another chakra balancing distant Reiki session.
My guidance for you after your chakra reiki session is to be mindful and nurture yourself. Drink plenty of water, get good rest, and give yourself a little space if you can. It all helps your system integrate the work.

If you’ve shared a photo, I’ll work with that to send your remote chakra healing session. If not, I use a physical object to focus on your energy while I work. Distance isn’t a barrier with Reiki, the connection is still there..
How to Receive Your Session
You have a few options for how you’d like to receive your session:
- We can meet live on Google Meet
- If you’re in the U.S., I can call you
- You can relax and receive the session quietly on your own, at the scheduled time
- You can request a chi ball session
Choose whatever feels most comfortable for you.
There’s no need to speak during the session unless you’d like to. Many people simply close their eyes, breathe, and rest into the experience.
