Tarot, Astrology, and Reiki Services

Tarot readings, astrology consultations, Reiki sessions, Reiki attunements, and related services are intended to provide personal insight, education, reflection, and spiritual or energetic support.

These services are not substitutes for medical or mental health care, legal advice, financial advice, or other services provided by appropriately qualified professionals.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health care, finances, relationships, and other personal choices.

No particular result or outcome is guaranteed from a reading, consultation, Reiki session, attunement, or other service.

Scheduling and Appointments

Services requiring an appointment must be scheduled using the scheduling options or contact information provided with your purchase.

Please provide accurate contact information so that we can communicate with you regarding your appointment.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Please provide at least twenty-four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. With at least twenty-four hours’ notice, your appointment may be moved to another available time without penalty.

If you miss your appointment without notice or do not contact us within a reasonable time, fifty percent of the payment for the scheduled service will be forfeited. The remaining fifty percent may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment, with any remaining balance due before the new appointment.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up. Exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be made at our discretion.

Classes, Courses, and Educational Programs

Our classes, courses, workshops, manuals, videos, handouts, exercises, recordings, and other educational materials are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled student unless otherwise stated.

Enrollment does not guarantee any particular professional, financial, personal, spiritual, or educational outcome.

Course schedules, instructors, delivery methods, supporting materials, or other program details may occasionally need to be adjusted. When a significant change affects an enrolled student, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate that change.

Intellectual Property and Course Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the original content provided through our websites, courses, classes, consultations, and other offerings is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This may include:

  • Written course materials

  • Manuals and handouts

  • Videos and recordings

  • Graphics and original images

  • Exercises and worksheets

  • Website copy

  • Class presentations

  • Teaching methods and original educational materials

Purchasing or receiving access to materials does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

You may use purchased educational materials for your own personal study and reference.

Unless you have received written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit our copyrighted materials.

You may not share course logins, paid downloads, private class recordings, or other access intended for an individual purchaser or enrolled student.

Digital Products

Digital products may include e-books, manuals, downloadable files, recordings, course materials, and other electronic content.

Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless a different license is expressly provided.

You are responsible for maintaining access to or copies of downloaded materials after they have been delivered, unless ongoing access is specifically included with the product.

Refund eligibility for digital products is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Physical Products

We may sell physical products including jewelry, crystals, gemstones, and related items.

Because many natural stones and handmade items are unique, variations in color, pattern, size, shape, texture, inclusions, or other natural characteristics may occur.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and the natural variation of materials may cause an item’s appearance to differ somewhat from images displayed online.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless another arrangement is expressly provided.

We may use third-party payment processors, including WooPayments, Stripe, and PayPal, to process transactions.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction, customer, device, or location.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other clearly disclosed charges may be added to an order when required.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you regarding the available options before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability, misuse of our websites, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the applicable payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping requirements apply only to physical products.

Shipping costs, available methods, and estimated delivery information may be provided during checkout or on the applicable product page.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If you believe an order has been lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and related requirements are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Please review that policy before making a purchase if you have questions regarding refund or return eligibility.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Refund & Returns Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our websites may use or link to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling services, embedded content, and other external services.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, privacy practices, or independent terms.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about the types of information we may collect, how we use it, third-party services that may process information, and your privacy rights.

Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our websites and online services available and functioning properly.

However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Websites or services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security concerns, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our websites, products, educational materials, or services.

Our services and educational offerings involve personal participation, interpretation, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

For claims arising from a particular purchase, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, widespread internet or utility failures, government actions, transportation disruptions, significant third-party service outages, or similar events.

When such an event affects a scheduled service, class, order, or other obligation, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers or students and determine an appropriate next step.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our websites, products, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The current version published on our websites will apply to future use and purchases after the updated Terms become effective.

Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms of a completed transaction except where required by law or agreed with you.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute concerning these Terms & Conditions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any jurisdictional requirements that legally apply.
