LightAndLoveReiki.com has been a home for my Reiki work since the early 2000’s.
My intention has always been simple: to make Reiki accessible to anyone who feels drawn to it. I do this through Reiki sessions, Reiki classes, and supportive resources that help people experience Reiki in a real and practical way.
My approach to Reiki is grounded, gentle, and useful in everyday life. I want Reiki to feel less mysterious and more supportive, something you can actually experience, understand, and work with in a way that helps you feel more balanced, centered, and connected.
