Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Digital Products and Consultations:
Please note that digital products (e.g., e-books, manuals) and consultations (e.g., tarot & astrology) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Physical Items:
You may return unused and unopened physical items within 30 days of delivery. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products, tarot & astrology consultations
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products, e-books, manuals
  • Personal care items

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund after taking these steps, please contact us.

Sale Items:
Only regularly-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges:
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us for the return shipping address.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive an email gift credit upon the return of the item. Please provide us with your email address to receive the gift credit. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping:
To return your item, please contact us for the appropriate shipping address. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the return shipping costs deducted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
