• You will receive an automatic confirmation email from Google Calendar upon scheduling.
• To confirm your appointment, you need to confirm your email address with the email stated above. 
• In this email is the link to the Google Meet session, you use it to connect at the appointment time. 
• You will also receive reminders with the Google Meet link to connect at the session time.
• This step is necessary to use the online schedule.
  
  
• If you do not receive the automated confirmation email; please check your spam folder. You can also email us and we can confirm your appointment through email.

• Once you have confirmed your email, you will receive two reminder emails.
• Your two reminder emails will arrive 1 day and, 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
• The website, will also send an automated email receipt once you make your purchase. This is not your appointment time, you will sill have to schedule. 
• We will personally reach out to you during normal business hours. This online schedule is for your convenience to schedule ASAP.
• We do not send out reminder emails, you will only get them from the Google Calendar.

• Email us your availability to schedule manually.
• To find our email address, either reply to the reciept email you receive from your payment, or use the “Contact” button at the top and bottom pages on the site. 
• To manually schedule, provide your availability. We will reply with availablity (based on yours) and go from there.
• Manually scheduling, means you do not need to use the online schedule.
• When manually scheduling: we will put your appointment on the Google calender. That way you still get the reminders.
• The link to the Google Meet session is in the reminder emails.

If you need to schedule on the weekend, please reach out to us. We will do our best to accomidate your request.

• There are some appointments available on the weekend
• Reach out through email or by using the WhatsApp bubble at the center right of this page.
• Feel free to call and schedule your appointment over the phone, email us for our number. Look for our number in your receipt email, or reach out to get it.

Circumstances happen when rescheduling may be necessary, it is completely understandable.

• If you need to reschedule, let us know 24 hours before your appointment. (email, phone, WhatsApp)
• We ask that you honor our time and we will do the same by arriving on time. 
• Appointments are booked with little time in between, so we have to start on time and end on time.
• In the event that you don’t show for your appointment, or have to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:
  • You will be subject to a 50% missed appointment fee to reschedule.
