This workshop is a beginning course in Reiki, and is where you should begin if you are brand new to Reiki. This course teaches you how to perform an in-person Reiki healing session on yourself, other people, and even pets. You’ll learn how to channel Reiki energy to support yourself and others through foundational techniques and spiritual practices.

Throughout this Usui Reiki Level 1 course & attunement, we’ll explore:

• An introduction to the chakra system and how Reiki works with energy centers
